Capital City Appliance Repair publishes this website for households in and around Tallahassee, Florida. The site explains common appliance problems and takes repair requests. It is not a walk-in shop, and it does not ask you to create an account.
Information you submit
The request form collects your name, phone number, email address, neighborhood or ZIP code, appliance, and a description of the problem. A hidden company field is used only to catch automated submissions. Do not put payment card numbers, passwords, medical details, or government ID numbers in the form.
How that information is used
We use the request to reply about coverage and the next step for the appliance you described. Messages are delivered through an email provider and a backup copy may be stored in a private lead sheet so a request is not lost if an email is filtered. We do not sell the information and we do not use it for unrelated advertising lists.
Hosting and technical logs
The host that serves the site may record standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. Those logs are used to operate and protect the site. This site does not run a third-party advertising network.
How long it is kept
Request details are kept long enough to respond, schedule if a visit is confirmed, and keep a record of the conversation. You can use the same form to ask what we still have from an earlier request and to ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for that conversation.
Children
The site is written for adults arranging household repairs. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page will change with it. The current version is the one published at this address.
